We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to support strategic decision-making, enhance operational performance, and strengthen financial controls within a fast-paced, complex manufacturing environment.
As the Management Accountant, you will play a key role in driving financial efficiency and supporting production teams through accurate cost analysis, forecasting, and reporting. You will work closely with senior management, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment between financial insights and operational objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bcom Accounting, CIMA or equivalent
• Manufacturing experience

Skills & Experience:

• A minimum of 3 - years in a similar role
• IFRS / US Gaap reporting experience
• JD Edwards, Oracle, Hyperion experience
• Multi-national experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts per site by analyzing the cost per activity/production process.
• Monitor actual performance per site against budget and prior year actual results
• Draw management attention to variances and seek explanations and remedial action.
• Assist in preparation of monthly P&L commentary on actual performance vs budget & prior year (financial & non-financial KPIs)
• Closely collaborate with site operational team to prepare the weekly, quarterly and rolling forecasts.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly and annual results/forecast presentation including variance analysis.
• Prepare and update cash flow reports (AR collections) as well as cash out for future Capex projects
• Daily updating (where needed), monitoring and reporting on production and costs
