Job Experience and Skills:
- Chartered Accountant qualification (CA(SA))
- Minimum of 2 years of post articles experience
- Background in Manufacturing, FMCG, or Logistics industries
- Proven experience in dealing with Costing, Variances, Capex, and Opex
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to provide insights into business performance and drive strategic decision-making.
- Manage and oversee the budgeting process, ensuring accurate and timely preparation, monitoring, and reporting of budgets.
- Monitor and analyze cost variances, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency improvements.
- Play a key role in the development of financial forecasts, identifying potential risks and opportunities for the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and provide financial guidance on projects, initiatives, and operational matters.
- Lead the preparation of financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial trends.
