Job Experience and skill

• Newly qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA))
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of industry-specific accounting standards and regulations

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators (KPIs) related to distribution operations
• Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts for the distribution department
• Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
• Work closely with operational teams to understand their financial needs and provide financial guidance
• Collaborate with management to optimize distribution costs and improve profitability
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations specific to the distribution industry
