Job Summary Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Develop and manage costing models and pricing strategies.
- Provide scenario analysis and financial decision support to improve performance.
- Identify and drive margin enhancement opportunities in collaboration with operational teams.
- Serve as the key financial contact for operations, providing clear, actionable insights.
- Support non-financial managers in interpreting budgets, forecasts, and cost structures.
- Conduct regular financial reviews with operational teams to enhance accountability.
- Facilitate process improvements in inventory control, cost efficiency, and profitability tracking.
- Ensure strong financial controls and governance are in place.
- Maintain accurate financial reporting and adherence to internal compliance standards.
- Support audit readiness and manage financial risk processes.
- Oversee and improve deposit management and changes to operational orders.
- BCom degree with SAIPA/CIMA/AGA/ACMA/CGMA accreditation.
- Minimum 7 yearsxe2x80x99 relevant FP&A and business partnering experience.
- Advanced Excel skills; confident working with large datasets.
- Strong communication, initiative, and attention to detail.
- Experience in agriculture, ERP systems (Business Central 365), or Paltrack is advantageous.
