Job Description

Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of GL provision reconciliations, prepare accurate journals and compile and distribute monthly cost centre expense reports. Youll also prepare and consolidate the necessary budget reports. Maintaining and reviewing selling expense cost rate tables to ensure alignment with actual selling expenses is part of the routine. Other tasks include preparing income statements, compiling sales reports for different markets/divisions, and contributing to monthly management, quarterly board, and budget packs. Your role extends to handling ad hoc reports and analyses as needed.

If youre a seasoned management accounting professional youll have BCom or relevant tertiary qualification. Proficiency in MS Excel is essential. Youll need a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role (FMCG food processing preferred). Showcase your administrative skills and a good understanding of key business processes and practices! Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial. Analytical abilities, coupled with accuracy and attention to detail, are highly valued. You should be able to demonstrate a methodical approach while being responsive, energetic, and capable of functioning both independently and under pressure!
