Operational support assist Operations stakeholders in building proposals, budgets, and forecasts, and offer ad hoc support to operational stakeholders with regards to, but not limited to, sourcing, costing, pricing
Cost allocation verify and control costs of sales, allocate CoS according to project consumption, reconcile CoS suspense accounts monthly, and analyse costs trends
Analysis and reporting compute revenue and costs accruals, consolidate financial information, analysing data (revenue, GP, overheads), reporting, Companies and Group P&L, Projects P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statement
Financial support budget work and preparation, quarterly forecasting, annual audit support, Capex analysis, commercial analysis, ad hoc analysis
Requirements:
Relevant Management Accounting qualification
5-7 years accounting and / or management accounting experience
Multinational / multi-currencies experience
5-7 years ERP experience
MS Office: very strong command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
MS Office: Access experience (use and build)
ERP: Pastel, Xero, SAP
