Maintenance Technician Electrical

Our client has an EE opportunity available for a Technician in the Maintenance department based in Wadeville.

Requirements:

Matric.
Relevant trade test papers necessary.
Millwright or Electrical Artisan Qualification.
Must be assertive and show high energy level.
Must have own vehicle.
Previous experience in a similar position and environment would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

Ensure machine maintenance as per formal preventative maintenance program.
Maintain all electrical or electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic machinery.
Maintain injection, blow and compression moulding machines, including compressors, chillers and cooling towers.
Ensure optimal machine efficiency and machine availability.
Perform fault finding and attend to machine breakdowns.
Comply with GMP and food safety principals.
