The Role
As Maintenance Supervisor, you'll lead a multidisciplinary team of artisans responsible for executing and coordinating maintenance work across plant equipment and systems.
You'll play a vital role in ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient work execution - minimising downtime, driving performance, and maintaining reliability across production operations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and supervise breakdown and planned maintenance activities.
Ensure all work is safely designed and executed according to engineering and operational standards.
Lead and develop a team of multi-skilled artisans and contractors.
Communicate effectively with operations teams to prioritise repairs and ensure efficient handovers.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve key maintenance KPIs.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
National Diploma in a technical or engineering field (T3/S4) or equivalent.
Valid Trade Test certification (Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
4-6 years' maintenance experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
Proven track record managing maintenance teams in heavy industry or manufacturing.
Strong communication, planning, and leadership skills.
