Maintenance Plumber

Job Description
Main Job Functions:
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance of plumbing systems (e.g., piping, drainage, sanitary fixtures). Diagnose and repair faults in water supply, drainage, and heating systems. Install plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances where needed. Respond promptly to maintenance requests, work orders, and emergencies. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Ensure all plumbing work complies with relevant legislation and safety standards. Collaborate with other trades and contractors as needed. Maintain tools and equipment in good working order. Identify and recommend improvements to systems or procedures.
Main Key Requirements
Residing in Centurion or surrounding area Solid understanding of plumbing standards Valid Driver's Licence Excellent problem-solving, fault-finding, and diagnostic skills Good communication abilities Ability to take instruction and work well under pressure * Neat, professional, punctual, friendly, and respectful at all times
