Maintenance Plumber
Exciting job opportunity at our established plumbing company in Randpark Ridge.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our team with 10 years working experience
Candidate must have a valid driver's license, be motivated, excellent with clients and a team player.
We value individuals with strong work ethics and must be of sober habits.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out reactive and planned plumbing maintenance across commercial and/or residential properties.
Diagnose and repair plumbing faults including leaks, blockages, and drainage issues.
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and components (pipes, fixtures, valves, etc.).
Conduct regular inspections to ensure systems are working efficiently and safely.
Provide clear documentation of work completed using job management systems.
Liaise professionally with clients, tenants, and other contractors on-site.
Requirements:
PIRB registered or equivalent qualifications.
Proven experience in maintenance plumbing (preferably in a commercial or facilities environment). Ten years industry related working experience.
Driver's license.
Good communication skills and a professional manner.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
