Job Summary MAINTENANCE MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR: VD Bijl Park. Strong Hydraulic background! Key Responsibilities: o Develop and implement Maintenance Strategies, Procedures. o Plan and schedule equipment maintenance activities. o Prepare Maintenance schedules. o Identify maintenance requirements and coordinate with vendors to procure necessary equipment. o Maintain accurate records of maintenance work. o Conduct regular equipment inspections. o Ensure that equipment is maintained according to industry standards and regulations. o Provide technical support to production teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions. o Manage and train a team of Maintenance Artisans to ensure that they are skilled and equipped to carry out maintenance task. Qualifications: o At least 10 years of experience in maintenance in a manufacturing environment. o At least 5 years of experience as Maintenance Supervisor of Artisans o Grade 12/ N3 Technical mechanical and electrical studies. o Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. o Ability to work under pressure and prioritize task effectively. o Familiar with Maintenance Management software and systems.
