Job Summary requirements: background experience within an engineering company with proven work experience. systematic maintenance, preventative maintenance, curative or reparative maintenance, large reparations has to be taken care of. ability to see to breakdowns, defects on machinery and to be able to evaluate the problem. ability to work under pressure. strong work ethics. ability to multi-task outstanding communication skills. interpersonal and organizational skills good telephone etiquette. responsibilities: to make sure paperwork are in order and updated accordingly, system is updated weekly, recording the interventions carried out during that period. ensuring repairs on unavoidable faults and carrying out major repairs to periodically reset the operational potential of the equipment to the original level (or upgrade). oversees the installation of equipment and machinery by equipment contractors. create and enforce maintenance schedules. plans, organises and implements mechanical maintenance and repair of production and utility machinery. ensuring that the maintenance of facilities and equipment is preventive, consisting in systematic interventions - mainly cleaning, lubrication, tuning and regulation predictability or impending malfunction, avoiding the occurrence of situations preventing the scheduled production activity. signing of documentation after getting approval.
