Maintenance Manager - Agri Packhouse - Limpopo

Our client is seeking an energetic, creative, and reliable Manager to lead their maintenance team. This role is critical in ensuring safe and efficient operations in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and manage projects effectively.

Plan, manage, and control maintenance budgets.

Develop and implement a proactive preventative maintenance strategy.

Conduct regular maintenance inspections

Ensure functioning of all electrical units and mechanical systems in the facility.

Maintain detailed records of daily maintenance

Place orders for spare parts and equipment

Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.

Manage and plan a digital maintenance system (CMMS).

Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and procedures,

Ensure compliance to OHSA

Qualifications & Experience:

Relevant qualification, Mechanical & Electrical

2 Years maintenance in a plant/factory/packhouse environment

2 Years experience in maintenance management and planning.

Management of a team of electrical and mechanical technicians

Packhouse experience is an advantage.

Proficiency in (CMMS) and data analysis.
