Johannesburg - Gauteng - South Africa
We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join our clients team in a managerial role.
If you have a B-Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, completion of a Management Development Program, and a Government Certificate of Competence, we encourage you to apply.
Qualification and Experience:
- B-Degree (NQF 8/10) in Electrical or Mechanical
Development Program
- Government Certificate of Competence - GCC
- 6 years' relevant experience, preference in an industrial
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial role
- Experience in managing the maintenance of complex
- Sound knowledge and experience in the management of
- Ability to lead and relate with plant personnel
- Ability to compile and manage a budget
- Pro-active, initiative, and performance-driven
- Conduct Reliability, Preventative, Execution, Recovery,
Scheduling in line with guidelines
- Deliver the annual planned production
- Direct and coordinate the maintenance process functions
- Ensure that maintenance is performed in accordance
- Continuous improvement (CI) of maintenance processes
production methods and unit production costs
- Participate in the manufacturing business planning and
chain initiatives
- Drive CI and CAPEX initiatives for the Maintenance Plant
- Manage the total maintenance budget and spending
- Conduct high-level negotiations with customers and
- Coaching and development of direct reports
