• Developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies.
• Overseeing the maintenance team to ensure efficient operation of equipment and machinery.
• Identifying and resolving maintenance-related issues in a timely manner.
• Managing the maintenance budget and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Supervising the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Training and developing maintenance staff.
• Collaborating with other departments to improve overall productivity and efficiency.
• Preparing and presenting maintenance reports to management.
• Keeping up-to-date with advancements in maintenance technology and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance principles and techniques.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Relevant degree or certification in Engineering or a related field.
• Prior experience in the [industry] is highly desirable.
