The incumbent will be responsible to assist and implement solutions to best support the maintenance and client services departments' strategies. The individual will be responsible for 1) recording of maintenance related items reported by tenants on a software based system ensuring all information is captured accurately; 2) processing of stock movement in and out of Pastel and raising charges against the tenants account on MDA; 3) assisting in the marketing, application and tenanting processes as required.
Minimum requirements
A three-year qualification /studying towards one.
Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent
At least 3 years of maintenance or office administration experience.
2 years' experience in a client services environment is essential.
Administration experience is required.
Property / tenant administration experience advantageous.
Key Performance Areas
Maintenance help desk and administration
Pastel and stock control administration
Raise maintenance related recoveries against the relevant tenant account in MDA.
Raise all mutation recoveries against the relevant tenant's account.
Assist with tenant and lease administration
Participate in community initiatives implemented by the organisation.
