Key outputs

Perform Parts logistics planning in the sourcing and supply of BWE products (Parts , components, Machines and CAT oils) Maintain relationships with logistics stakeholders in the execution of planned transportation Facilitate requirements for delivery to customers Run quotations or obtain price for transportation for internal stakeholders Prepare customs and excise shipping instructions Perform data analysis and Reporting to management Manage 3rd party suppliers on contractual SLA's for transportation Facilitate transportation logistics requirements for all BWE regions, 3rd party suppliers and customers Facilitate the online sales requirements with the supplier ensuring online sales deliveries are executed. Facilitate the transportation logistics for Customer Export Services sales.(offshore) Engage with the Procurement team to review transportation costs and pricing in line contracts

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

Grade 12 with more than 5 to 7 years' experience in Logistics or

Relevant Diploma in Logistics or Supply chain will be an added advantage

5 - 7 years in Logistics or supply chain environment >3 years' experience in the transportation industry related to planning and logistics Working experience with Standard Operating Procedures and Procurement processes in transportation Working experience within the Southern African Region (Geography) Exposure to Customs and clearing legislation, procedures and processes , including the National Road Traffic Act Working experience with MS Office Working experience ERP systems Analytical Thinking (L1) Attention to detail (L2) Problem Solving (L2) Drive Energy and initiative (L2) Verbal and written communication (including listening) (L2) Networking and liaison (L2) Teamwork (L2) Business and Financial Acumen (L1) Professional/ Technical competence (L2) * Practical execution management (planning, organising and monitoring) (L1)
