Logistics Coordinator

Job Description
Our client, based in Durbanville, is one of South Africa's biggest wholesale commodity suppliers and they are looking for a Logistics Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities and duties:
- Route planning for deliveries from Namibia to South Africa.
- All cross-border logistics; arrange import and export permits for cross border processing.
- Continuous contact with warehouse to check stock levels for all operations.
- Communication between farmers /transporters and the office.
- Negotiate price points with farmers
- Approximately 8 years of logistics experience
- Attention to Detail
- Pressure Performer
- Bilingual - Afrikaans and English speaking
- Possession of own vehicle and license
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Telephonic Stand-by: Telephonic stand-by until 22h00 daily
Starting date: As soon as possible
Salary: R17 000-R22 000 CTC
