Job Summary This luxury game lodge offers exclusive dining in the evenings with elegant breakfast and lunch Terrace menus in an active safari style setting. ProStaffSelect are in search of an efficient, polished, hands-on RESTAURANT MANAGER to oversee daily operations, manage, direct & motivate staff for excellence. REQUIREMENTS: At least 5 - 8 years restaurant management experience in lodges and fine dining establishments. Qualifications and knowledge of a wide selection of cuisines and signature SA Wines. Excellent guest service skills & personality with the ability to LEAD and pass on these skills to all staff. Highly proficient in stock controls, calculation of month end GP's and monitoring budgets. Strong admin and PX skills especially Point of Sale and Back of House Systems An excellent peoples person with amazing verbal & written communication skills in English
