Candidate requirements:
- At least 5 years of management experience in a safari lodge/camp would be advantageous, but 100% not essential - personality, trustworthiness, and a stable professional track record is crucial
- Previous experience with lodge operations would be beneficial
- Passionate about sustainable tourism and conservation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Competent financial and IT skills
- Strong leadership capabilities, but approachable and personable
- Unrelenting attention to detail and high service standards
- A driver's license and own transportation is essential
- Ideal for candidates looking for a long-term role (2 years or more)
