The Lodge Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the lodge, ensuring seamless daily operations across all departments including front of house, housekeeping, food & beverage, guiding, and maintenance. You will oversee guest experience standards, manage budgets and stock controls, and ensure all operational procedures and service levels are consistently met.
A key focus of this role will be implementing and refining operational processes, developing training programmes, and mentoring staff as the lodge continues to grow. You will work closely with ownership and senior management, providing regular operational feedback and contributing to long-term planning.
Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Lodge Manager or Assistant Lodge Manager
Proven experience within luxury safari lodges or high-end hospitality
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Experience with staff training, SOP implementation, and team development
Financial understanding including stock control and cost management
Valid driver's licence
Between 3 - 5 Years
