Accommodation: Live-in Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a capable and hands-on Lodge Manager for a luxury safari lodge near Thabazimbi. This intimate 16-bed private lodge is looking for a dynamic individual with strong administrative skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. ? Minimum Requirements: Hospitality degree or diploma essential Minimum 2 years' lodge management experience Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Professional; guest-focused, and presentable Solid understanding of lodge operations ? Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily lodge operations and guest experience Manage front-of-house and guest check-in/out processes Supervise a small, dedicated team across departments Maintain high standards in housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance Handle administrative tasks including reports, stock control, and staff files Liaise with suppliers and manage lodge procurement Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards Continuously uphold and improve lodge service standards ?
