About the Lodge:
Location: Modimolle
Accommodation: 6 Rooms (16 Fixed Beds)

What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a young and dynamic individual with a passion for hospitality and a desire to create a home-away-from-home experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have:

Experience: Minimum 3 years in a 3/4-star lodge or hotel environment
Skills: Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and financial acumen
Responsibilities: Managing all aspects of lodge operations, including food and beverage, stock control, and guest satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence: Maintain top-notch standards in all lodge outlets, focusing on cost control, stock management, and quality assurance in food and beverage services.
Team Management: Lead, organise, and supervise day-to-day lodge operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
Financial Oversight: Handle all financial aspects, including budgeting, reporting, and labor-related matters.
Guest and Staff Engagement: Build strong relationships with guests and staff to uphold high satisfaction levels.
