Distinguished Safari Lodge in the Waterberg is looking for a LODGE MANAGEMENT COUPLE
POSITION INFO:
This adults-only safari lodge offers 25 luxurious accommodations, including Deluxe Rooms, Premium Rooms with private plunge pools, and expansive double-storey Suites featuring fireplaces and wood-fired hot tubs. The Presidential Suite spans 150m, boasting a private pool, panoramic views, and an eight-seater dining area. Each room is thoughtfully designed with contemporary African-inspired decor, blending earthy tones and natural textures to create a serene and sophisticated retreat.
Candidate requirements:
- Min of 5 years experience managing 5* Safari Lodges
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills
- In-depth understanding of all departments within a lodge
- Well-presented and well-spoken
- Great command of the English language (written and spoken)
- Excellent eye for detail
- Great financial acumen and excellent stock control abilities
