This lodge provides a unique safari experience and is known for its prime location, which offers exceptional game viewing opportunities, including frequent sightings of the iconic Big Five. The lodge's dedication to creating memorable experiences for guests is apparent in every aspect, from sophisticated accommodations to outstanding dining.
Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of management experience as a couple in a 5-star boutique safari lodge or camp.
- A driver's license and personal transportation are essential.
- Energetic and proactive individuals with a clear understanding of the importance of providing a world-class guest experience, along with the ability to deliver it.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Passionate about sustainable tourism and conservation.
- Proficiency in financial and IT skills.
- Unwavering attention to detail and high standards.
- Proven history of experience within the hospitality industry is essential.
