Job Opportunity: Lodge Management Couple Luxury Lodge in Bela Bela, Limpopo
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Lodge Management Couple to oversee the operations of our exclusive luxury lodge in the heart of Bela Bela, Limpopo. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic couple with a passion for hospitality, nature, and delivering world-class guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
General Management

• Oversee day-to-day lodge operations including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage
• Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction through attention to detail and personalized service

Financial Oversight

• Manage budgets, stock controls, and monthly reporting
• Ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining quality

Staff Management

• Lead, train, and support a team of lodge staff
• Foster a positive work environment and uphold company values

Guest Experience

• Greet and interact with guests daily
• Curate memorable experiences including game drives, bush dinners, and special events

Maintenance & Compliance

• Monitor infrastructure and equipment to ensure functionality and safety
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in lodge or hospitality management (minimum 3 years)
• Strong administrative, financial, and people management skills
• Hospitality qualification advantageous
• One partner must have a valid drivers license and 4x4 driving experience
• Hands-on, adaptable, and able to work in a remote environment
• A passion for nature, wildlife, and luxury hospitality
