Job Description
The Lodge Anchor/Front of House Supervisoris a live-in position for someone with a strong front-of-house presence and the ability to ensure seamless day-to-day guest experiences.
In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for guests--managing arrivals and departures, activity coordination, and hosting during meals and throughout their stay. You will also support the lodge's administrative operations, assisting with reservations, stock control, and staff coordination. This role requires a blend of warmth, efficiency, and professionalism.
Salary:
R12,500 - R15,000 (dependent on experience)Start Date:
ASAPLive-in position with accommodation provided
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a front-of-house or guest relations role within a 4- or 5-star lodge
Confident hosting skills and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service
Strong organisational and administrative abilities
Well-presented, enthusiastic, and emotionally intelligent
Computer literacy and experience with reservations and stock systems
Valid driver's license an advantage
Between 1 - 3 Years
