Requirements:

Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in hospitality management or front-of-house supervision

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-focused approach

Proven leadership and team management experience

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

Computer literacy (MS Office, lodge management/reservation systems)

Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve challenges effectively

Previous experience in a safari lodge or remote hospitality environment

Understanding of food and beverage service standards
