Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for hospitality and creating seamless guest experiences? Our prestigious Luxury Lodge, set in one of South Africas most breathtaking destinations, is seeking a Lodge Administrator to join our dynamic team.
In this pivotal role, youll be the heartbeat of the lodge, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while delivering exceptional service to our valued guests. Youll manage everything from reservations and guest correspondence to stock control and administrative support, all while working closely with the management team to maintain the lodges five-star standards.
What Youll Do:

• Oversee and manage daily administrative operations, including bookings, reports, and internal communications.
• Coordinate with all lodge departments to ensure seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure.
• Handle guest correspondence and special requests with professionalism and care.
• Monitor stock, assist with procurement, and keep meticulous records.
• Support lodge management with HR, payroll, and operational reporting.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience as an administrator in the hospitality industry (5-star lodge or luxury hotel experience preferred).
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a strong eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Computer proficiency (MS Office; Lodge booking systems an advantage).
• A proactive, solutions-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
