Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lodge Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of two well-established lodges: one self-catering and one bed and breakfast lodge.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise routine maintenance and ensure the lodges are well-maintained at all times.

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth running of both properties.

Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction, cleanliness, and service at both lodges.

Relieve lodge managers when needed, ensuring consistency in leadership and guest experience.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of lodge operations and maintenance.

Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Nightsbridge is a plus.

Ability to manage both self-catering and B&B lodges.

Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Basic Salary, petrol and phone allowances, as well as commissions are negotiable.

Accommodation, water and Lights provided.

This is a live-in position.
