Contact potential or existing customers to promote banking loan products.
Understand the customers financial needs and recommend suitable loan solutions.
Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Conduct needs analysis and affordability checks during sales calls.
Complete accurate and detailed applications and ensure all supporting documentation is captured correctly.
Follow up with customers for outstanding documentation or further queries.
Handle objections professionally and convert potential leads into closed sales.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and comply with FAIS and NCR (or applicable regulations).
Log interactions and outcomes accurately on the CRM system.
Provide exceptional customer service during the sales process.
