In Store Sales Agents- Financial ServicesLocation: Randburg, Johannesburg, South AfricaResponsibilities:Engage with customers in-store to understand their financial needs and offer suitable financial products and services.Provide detailed information about various financial products including loans, insurance, and investment options.Assist customers with the application process for financial products and services.Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the store.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, services, and industry regulations.Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.Participate in promotional activities and events to increase brand awareness and drive sales.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in finance or sales will be advantageous.Proven experience in sales, preferably within the financial services sector.Strong understanding of financial products and services.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.Professional appearance and conduct.Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software.Additional Information:This role requires working in-store and may include weekends and public holidays.Training will be provided to ensure a thorough understanding of the financial products and services offered.
