Llb Graduate – Outbound Contact Center Consultant

Job Description

This is a

high-volume outbound contact-centre role

operating within a

BPO model

. You will spend most of your working day

making outbound calls

to consumers who have expressed interest in debt-review assistance.

You will operate within:

NCR and

National Credit Act (NCA)

frameworks Defined

scripts, call flows, and compliance rules

Quality assurance and audit standards Performance metrics including call activity and quality scores
This role is ideal for graduates who want to

apply legal reasoning practically

, rather than purely academically.

What You'll Do

Make

outbound calls

to consumers in a contact-centre environment Explain consumer rights and the debt-review process under the

National Credit Act

Apply legal reasoning in

real-time client conversations

Ensure all engagements are

NCR-compliant

Work strictly within approved scripts and QA frameworks Accurately capture client information on CRM and dialler systems Escalate complex legal or compliance matters when required Work closely with Compliance, Quality, and Operations teams
Who This Role Is For

Have completed an

LLB degree

(or are awaiting final results) Are comfortable working

on the phone for most of the day

Are interested in

consumer law, compliance, and regulation

Can explain legal concepts clearly to non-legal audiences Thrive in

structured, performance-measured environments

Are ethical, detail-oriented, and process-driven Want practical, commercial legal experience
No prior contact-centre experience is required --
