Duties include (but not limited to):
Oversee staff, including shift planning, training, and performance management.
Manage daily production to ensure deadlines, and quality standards are met.
Coordinate with production departments to maintain workflow efficiency.
Monitor and maintain equipment in collaboration with maintenance dept.
Provide technical advice, hands-on support, and apprentice training.
Ensure effective housekeeping, safety, and compliance with health and safety as well as quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement through new systems and process enhancements.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience in a litho printing managerial or supervisory role.
Relevant lithographic qualification and technical expertise.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and quality control skills.
Quick Easy Knowledge preferable
Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills
Hands-on experience with press setup and FSC requirements.
