Duties include (but not limited to):
Assist account manager to submit briefs into estimating for quoting, Send client quotes, create system generated sales orders and work tickets in quick easy (training will be given), submit artwork to production in relevant departments, check and send e-proofs to client, check and arrange delivery of proofs or pre-production samples to client, ensure delivery dates and delivery instructions are given to dispatch in relevant departments, traffic jobs through production, update Account Managers on job status daily, inform the AM immediately if a problem arises so it can be resolved quickly, liaise with clients when the AM is not available and be second point of contact for client.
REQUIREMENTS:
2 years experience in the printing industry, Matric, Intermediate Excel skills, attention to detail and strong problem solving skills essential, able to work under pressure.
