RESPONSIBILITIES: - Build and nurture strong relationships with travelers, ensuring repeat business and glowing referrals. - Create and sell customized travel itineraries, tailoring every detail to match individual preferences, budgets, and needs. - Provide invaluable advice on travel destinations, from visas to travel insurance, leaving no question unanswered. - Maximize sales opportunities by upselling, cross-selling, and championing our preferred partners. - Maintain meticulous records and client details through our operational systems, ensuring a seamless journey. - Handle customer inquiries and concerns with efficiency and professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities. - Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, ensuring that our travelers always experience the latest and greatest.
