My client, a well-established legal firm, is looking for an experienced Secretary to join their dynamic Insurance Department. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a legal environment, with a strong ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably in an insurance law department
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and filing
- Proficiency in legal software and MS Office
