Brooklyn, Pretoria: LEGAL SECRETARY / ADMIN ASSISTANT
Minimum Requirements:
-Well presentable and professional, non smoking, Afrikaans speaking female (Aged 45 years maximum)
-Afrikaans & English first & second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Matric / Grade 12
-3 to 5 years recent administrative & typing experience a must, preferably at a law firm
-Computer literate in MS Office, with strong typing skills a must (speed and accuracy)
-Willing and eager to learn, with strong attention to detail important
-Own reliable transport
-Stable employment record and contactable References (No job hoppers)
-To start as soon as possible
Work hours: Mondays to Fridays from 07h30am – 16h00pm
Duties:
-Typing of Litigation documents and Road Accident Fund Third Party Claims (on behalf of Plaintiff) for law firm (training provided)
-Drafting and typing of legal documents and notices
-General legal administrative and secretarial duties
-Reception and client liaison
Salary: R 10 000.00 – R 15 000.00 gross (Depending on experience and typing skills)
