About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Legal PA to join our Finance and Projects team in Johannesburg. This is an exciting opportunity to provide professional support to a dynamic group of lawyers, ensuring seamless delivery of client service in a fast-paced and competitive environment.


As a Legal PA, you will play a key role in managing diaries, coordinating meetings and travel, handling communications, and ensuring accurate document and file management. You'll also contribute to business development initiatives, assist with billing processes, and support project management activities.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients Manage lawyers' diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, and itineraries Screen and prioritise communications, including emails and calls Prepare presentations, draft correspondence, and manage document production Maintain accurate client files and ensure compliance with firm procedures Support business development activities, including event coordination and research Assist with billing, financial queries, and project management tasks
