Leasing Manager X2 Pretoria (hybrid)
Job Description
This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day management of property portfolios in the Gauteng region through identifying opportunities for potential branches, lease negotiations, drafting and contracting of lease agreements, compliance, and service delivery.
Minimum requirements for this role are five years practical Retail and Commercial management experience, or five years post-admission legal experience specializing in Property. It is essential that the individual have a valid driver''''s license and their own vehicle for travel. A qualified Estate Agent would be advantageous.
This role requires the individual to work in-office for two days a week, based at its Pretoria branch.
