Responsible for leasing properties in a portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Attract and secure tenants, negotiate lease agreements, and maintain positive landlord-tenant relationships.
Works closely with property owners, prospective tenants, and internal teams to ensure optimal occupancy rates, tenant satisfaction, and profitability.
The role plans and performs administrative activities.
Establishes policies and prepares rationalisation programs.
Focus on developing administrative systems and structures to enhance the efficiency of subordinate areas and support functions per the pre-established technical and economic feasibility parameters.
Responsible for formulating the centrexe2x80x99s strategic letting plan that will inform the projected income for the asset through optimally leasing all premises within the centre, managing non-GLA income and being responsible for all operations of the leasing department.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, property or related field preferred.
Proven experience in leasing (3 to 6 years), preferably in real estate or property management. Strong knowledge of leasing principles, real estate laws, and market dynamics. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in lease administration software and MS Office Suite and MDA
Experience of planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives as specified by more senior managers (3 to 6 years)
