Key responsibilities:
Design and Develop Talent and Succession Management ProcessesImprove the current TM process and develop sustainable systems and process
Develop and Design Talent Development Initiatives
Implement the above initiatives through internal and external stakholders
Track and report using Workday HRMS and LMS
Talent and Leadership DevelopmentDesign, Develop and Implement Leadership development initiatives and programs
Refine the current Mentorship and Coaching framework
Design of action learning projects and assignments
Develop Career Paths and Learning Maps / Matrices
Course Design and DevelopmentEngage with internal stakeholders and SMEs and develop fir-for-purpose in-house programs
Analyze Organisational and Skill needs - ADDIE
E-Learning Design and Development
Virtual ILT training
Conduct Learning FacilitationFacilitate Learning of specific Retail Modules to Blue- and White-Collar workers
Coordinate Learning events with key stakeholders
Ensure countries in scope's retail sites are adequately trained
Related Learning Admin and Reporting is concluded
Skills Development and Legislative complianceCompile and submit WSP / ATR for SA business and provide relevant BBBEE support
Development of accredited materials
Implement Learnerships and Internships
Administrative requirementsProvide L&D Reporting and Analytics
Develop Project Plans for the above initiatives and report accordingly on progress
Work with Workday LMS and implement improvements and enhancements
Requirements:
Experience:Post Graduate qualification in Human Resources Development
5+ years' experience as an L&D or Talent and Development Specialist
Oil or Chemical industry experience an advantage
Experience a fast-paced environment and working in a Matrix Global Organisation
Background in E-Learning design and development will be advantageous - Moodle, Articulate, etc.
Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to communicate effectively in English language - Written and Verbally.
Project Management - MS Projects or similar
Conceptual skills - ability to take complex info and display in simplistic manner
