Requirements

Grade 12 certificate
Coach the Learner NQF Level 3 or be able to obtain within first six months
Knowledge of NQF, SAQA, MQA, and ISO 9001:201
Assessor Certificate advantageous
2 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in the training environment
2 yearsxe2x80x99 underground job specific experience or 2 years Engineering specific/minerals processing environment experience

KPA

Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
Conduct assessment of training using provided evaluation tools
Follow lesson plan and assessments guides
Conduct formative assessments / tests to determine the level of competency
Ensure compliance and consistency on turnaround times with regards to training of employees
Determine training interventions in area of responsibility
Communicate, enforce and maintain the classroom rules as approved by the center
