Job Description


Leads Generator & Sales Administrator We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generator and Sales Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lead generation and sales processes, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. The role will involve generating leads through a variety of channels, qualifying leads, and providing administrative support to the sales team. Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads using various sources such as online directories, industry-specific databases, col calling, social media, and other platforms.
  • Qualify leads and assess their potential
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to qualify leads and gather relevant information.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are effectively transferred and followed up on
  • Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and relevant contact information.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
  • Maintain and update customer relationship management system with accurate current lead information.
  • Monitor and track sales activities on the CRM and SDMS
  • Ensure that there is data accuracy and integrity at all times
  • Assist with SLA Generation when required (peak periods i.e. financial year end)
  • Ensure that all relevant documents relating to the sales process are updated
  • Ensure clients folders have all the necessary BEE documents as per the SOP for BEE audits
  • Assist sales team in peak period with any adhoc requirements( payroll documents )
  • Generate Monthly sales report from CRM for the Sales Manager
  • Conducting digital automation process of CRM and SDMS In conjunction with Sales Manager
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation and sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • The ability to cold call effectively.
  • The ability to write persuasive emails and marketing materials.
  • The ability to use social media to generate leads.
  • The ability to qualify leads and assess their potential.
  • The ability to track and measure lead generation results.
  • Demonstrate Knowledge in BBBEE (advantageous)
  • Demonstrate Knowledge of SAQA framework (advantageous)
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: R8,000.00 per month License/Certification:
