Our client, a leader within the Generator and Alternative Energy Industry is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, passionate, friendly, and results-driven Salesperson to join their energetic & dynamic team. The individual in this role would provide appropriate product solutions to customers who visit the store and nurture them through the purchase flow from start to finish. You will also be responsible for answering all customer queries. Candidates for this position should prioritize customer care, acquisition, integrity, and company profitability.

Qualifications required:

• Matric with Mathematics, C Symbol or higher
• Degree (not essential but beneficial)

Experience required:

• 0 5 years related working experience.
• Solar, Electrical. Mechanical or Technical interest (Not essential but beneficial)

• MS Office Excel Advanced
• High IQ and EQ.
• Hard working with a good work ethic
• Fluent in both English and Afrikaans

Responsibilities & Duties (include but not limited to)

• Greeting customers as and when they enter the store.
• Understanding the customers' requirements and specifications. Providing the customers with solutions instantly.
• Assist the customers in finding the parts they are looking for, including answering questions, educating on product usage, and providing
• advice for maintenance
• Inventory management and verifying that all parts are correctly stocked and displayed for optimal visibility and accessibility
• Inspect returned parts to find defects and promptly assist.
• Participate in accepting shipments of parts, sending orders to customers, and documenting all inventory that enters and exits the facility
• Intervene in situations where a customer is dissatisfied and come up with creative solutions to maintain business with customer.
• Solving all the customer's complaints and issues about the product.
• Checking the store inventory and reporting.
• Offering excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Processing customer's payments
• Updating customer's information in the computer system for future reference
