:To be eligible for the position as LEAD WARMER
following requirements must be met
You need to reside close to Sandton or able to travel to Sandton Must be able to communicate in English
Job Analysis:
The Lead warmer agent is responsible to call predetermined leads to proactively warm leads for Loans for which he/she is accredited, in a fully compliant manner.
Experience:
An ability to communicate in English Computer and Numeric skills Previous experience in Sales or at the Call centre will be an advantage Training will be provided To meet production targets/deadlines. Excellent communication skills with different people in different departments.
Duties & Responsibilities
Making minimum outbound calls per day as per set target Provide proactive/responsive support to clients Providing outstanding service via all communications channels The lead warmer will act as channel of communication to present the features and benefits of loan products that are offered by our client on behalf of service providers to prospective customers. An internal resource that will ensure that all applicable campaign specific targets are met.
