Job Description


We are seeking a seasoned Lead Project Manager to take charge of our project management department, ensuring the timely and budget-conscious completion of projects. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in project management, demonstrating a profound understanding of effective project planning, organization, and execution. The successful individual must proactively identify potential issues, taking preemptive measures to address concerns before they escalate. The Lead Project Manager should adeptly formulate plans aligned with project goals and inspire their team to operate with efficiency. Minimum requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in project management
  • Minimum 3 years' experience leading/overseeing a team of project managers
  • Critical passion for systems development and implementations
  • Advantageous technical system skills
  • Advantageous experience in the commercial property industry
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools

The Following will be expected from the successful candidate:
  • Discussing specific project goals and needs, overseeing project execution, monitoring progress, controlling factors, and ensuring successful project closure.
  • Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to assess project needs.
  • Managing client interactions throughout all project phases, including expectation setting, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.
  • Creating and executing project schedules, maintaining regular updates as the project unfolds.
  • Monitoring budgets, resource allocation, timelines, and key metrics to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Leading project meetings and facilitating effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Reviewing all project deliverables to ensure alignment with quality standards, company guidelines, and standards.
  • Identifying and communicating changes that may impact the project's scope or timeline.
  • Performing cost estimates, preparing proposals, and proactively addressing potential cost-related issues.
  • Conducting risk assessments to enhance project planning.
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements throughout the project's lifecycle.
  • Managing team members by delegating tasks and establishing performance expectations.
  • Overseeing team performance, providing feedback for improvement.
  • Taking responsibility for bi-annual performance reviews and development plans.
  • Implementing and reviewing individual role profiles.
