Responsibilities

• Site administration and oversight
• Strategy determination
• Solution methodology
• Quote coordination and quote interrogation
• Access scheduling
• Programme management, budget management and coordination
• Stringent quality control

Requirements:

• Relevant Construction Management/Project Management Degree or Diploma
• Minimum 8-10 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in the project/construction management of large residential developments
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong reporting skills with the ability to manage various projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment
