Reports to: Creative Director
Salary Range: R45 000 - R50 000 per month ( Depending on experience )

From the very first sketch to the final sign-off, your work will shape how their clients show up in the world. Working remotely from South Africa? No problem. About the Role:
As a Lead Creative Designer working remotely, you start your day in sync with the company from 3:00pm to 6:00pm AEST. During this shared window, you collaborate in real time with the Creative Director, Studio Manager, Strategy and Design team, attend reviews, and share ideas. From 6:00pm AEST onward, your day transitions into a focused zone where you work independently on design concepts, creative development, and client deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
? Creative Design

  • Develop original, polished design solutions across brand identity, editorial, digital, and campaign formats.
  • Collaborate gorgeous design across brand, digital, editorial, campaign and beyond.
  • Bring client briefs to life with conceptual flair and pixel-perfect finesse.
  • Translate briefs into strategic, visually compelling outcomes.
  • Contribute to brand discovery and positioning with strategists.
  • Understand the 'why' behind every brief. Ask questions. Get curious.
  • Push creative boundaries and refine outputs with the Creative Director.
  • Uphold high quality standards across all deliverables.
? Communication & Collaboration
  • Join daily virtual check-ins, critiques, and brainstorms during overlap hours.
  • Be present and proactive during our overlap window (just a few sweet hours between South Africa and Australia EST).
  • Present work clearly and persuasively to internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborate using MS Teams, WipList, Miro, and Google Drive.
  • Manage your time, track progress, and keep everyone in the loop.
  • Share inspiration, ideas, and constructive feedback asynchronously and in real time.
  • Champion the companies creative values and contribute to a positive studio culture.
?? Time Management & Workflow
  • Take ownership of project timelines, priorities, and task completion.
  • Follow our studio systems for naming, filing, and staying neat as a pin.
  • Proactively communicate progress, risks, or resource needs to the Studio Manager.
  • Track time and milestones accurately using WipList.
  • Balance multiple projects without compromising on quality.
?? Technical Execution
  • Maintain organised, version-controlled design files following studio conventions.
  • Prepare production-ready artwork for both print and digital.
  • Work confidently in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
  • Apply feedback efficiently and ensure digital outputs meet performance and accessibility standards.

Requirements
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite & Figma.
  • Strong eye for typography, layout, and design detail.
  • A standout portfolio demonstrating creative range and originality.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Strong storytelling skills and strategic thinking.
  • Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.
  • Collaborate using MS Teams, WipList, Miro, and Google Drive.
  • High level of organisation and file hygiene.
  • Macbook laptop essential
