Job & Company Description:
This is a Big 4 bank that has continuously shown growth and development in both the business and its employees. Your main responsibilities will include ensuring the provisions model are IFRS compliant and trusted by the business to drive decision making. You will also apply the provisioning framework through building new models and/or interrogating existing models to generate new insights that contribute to optimising the credit business.
Education:
- Mathematics/Finance/Financial Engineering/Quantitative/Actuarial degree
- At least 2 years experience (experience in a bank would be an advantage)
- Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining various credit risk models (PD, LGD, and other credit models)
- IFRS 9 experience
- Proven experience in building a provisions and/or cash flow forecasting from first principles
- Experience in a leadership that included managing a team of analysts
